REFUND AND RETURNS

At Van2b, our priority is to provide excellent products of great value to our customers. We strive for your complete satisfaction with your order and overall experience.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased, you have the option to return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all returns. To avoid additional charges for packaging, the items must be returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, fees for packaging time and materials may be added.

For large items that are shipped by freight, there will be an extra fee based on the cost of return shipment, usually totaling $300-500. Examples of large items include cabinets and bed systems. All return fees will be deducted from the total refund amount and refunded to the original payment method used.

To initiate the return process, we kindly request the following details:

  1. First and last name under which the order was placed.
  2. The order number associated with the purchase.
  3. Detailed description explaining the issue and the reason for wanting to return the product.

Once you have gathered this information and are ready to inquire about a return, please send an email containing using the contact form. Our team will promptly assist you in the return process and may request additional information such as photos or a video.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to ship your return back to our warehouse.

Please ensure that all returning items are delivered to our warehouse within 60 days from the date of delivery. It is important to meet this deadline, as items that arrive after the 60-day period may be subject to additional fees based on the condition of the item.

EXCHANGES

To make a return in exchange for another product, you will need to return your original purchase and place a new order for the product that want instead.

REFUNDS

Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process and appear on your account, but typically within 3-10 business days. If you do not see your refund after 2 weeks of the return arriving to us, please contact our team with reference to your order number.
