What is a Motorhome?
A motorhome is a recreational vehicle (RV) that combines living accommodations with transportation. Built on a van, truck, or bus chassis, motorhomes are equipped with amenities like a kitchen, bathroom, sleeping areas, and living space. Motorhomes come in various classes—Class A, B, and C.
What vehicles can be flat towed behind a motorhome?
Flat towing (four-down towing) allows vehicles to be towed with all four wheels on the ground behind a motorhome. Common flat towable vehicles include the Jeep Wrangler, Chevrolet Equinox, Ford F-150, Honda CR-V, GMC Terrain, and Subaru Crosstrek (manual transmission). Always check the vehicle’s owner’s manual for specific towing guidelines and requirements.
